Subject: [RFC 05/17] mips: loongson: use GPIO driver on CONFIG_GPIOLIB
The GPIO driver uses gpiolib, thus it should be compiled when
CONFIG_GPIOLIB is defined and not only CONFIG_GENERIC_GPIO.
