Subject: [PATCH 1/3] arm: davinci: clock node support for ECAP & EHRPWM
Add clock node support for ECAP and EHRPWM modules.
Also adds dummy clock for EHRWPM TBCLK to comply with pwm-tiehrpwm
driver.
