Subject: 3.7.6 Panic kvm related (maybe)

We are experiencing some troubles with 3.7.6 on a machine working as kvm host.
basically, we are running some virtual machines (kvm based) on a HP G8 DL385
(dual AMD 6272, 16 cores) and we got a kernel panic that I attached below
(sorry, it is a screenshot from a remote console, and thus incomplete).

It seems related to kvm as it states "Process vhost-16759", but I can be
wrong.

Attached you can find bot screenshot and config.gz

Of course I'm available for any missing information, please keep me cc'ed as
I'm not currently subscribed.

Many thanks for any answer.
