Subject: [PATCH V2 3/4] ARM: tegra: dalmore: add fixed regulator node

NVIDIA's Tegra114 reference platform Dalmore has voltage switch
regulators which are controlled by the Tegra GPIOs.

Add DT node for fixed regulators.
