Subject: [PATCH v3 10/12] tracing: use per trace_array clock_id instead of global trace_clock_id

From: "zhangwei(Jovi)" <jovi.zhangwei@...wei.com>

tracing clock id already changed into per trace_array variable,
but there still use global trace_clock_id, which value always is 0 now.
