Ho Prabhakar,
Thank you for the patch.

You can do this unconditionally.

That's not valid for TRY formats.
As the format is fixed, I would get rid of the struct tvp7002 format field,
remove the ACTIVE format check below, and just call tvp7002_get_pad_format in
tvp7002_set_pad_format.
static int
tvp7002_get_pad_format(struct v4l2_subdev *sd, struct v4l2_subdev_fh *fh,
struct v4l2_subdev_format *fmt)
{
struct tvp7002 *tvp7002 = to_tvp7002(sd);
fmt->format.code = V4L2_MBUS_FMT_YUYV10_1X20;
fmt->format.width = tvp7002->current_timings->timings.bt.width;
fmt->format.height = tvp7002->current_timings->timings.bt.height;
fmt->format.field = tvp7002->current_timings->scanmode;
fmt->format.colorspace = tvp7002->current_timings->color_space;
return 0;
}
static int
tvp7002_set_pad_format(struct v4l2_subdev *sd, struct v4l2_subdev_fh *fh,
struct v4l2_subdev_format *fmt)
{
return tvp7002_get_pad_format(sd, fh, fmt);
}

Please rename the label to 'error', as it only handles error cases.
