Hmm although it takes longer, i still see my memory getting souped-up.
Will see what setting:

echo 384 > /sys/module/xen_blkback/parameters/max_persistent_grants
echo 256 >> /sys/module/xen_blkback/parameters/max_buffer_pages

will do this time around.
