Subject: Linux Plumbers 2013 Secure Boot Microconference

Hello All,

We will be holding a microconference at LPC to discuss Secure Boot. The
structure will be discussion oriented sessions on specific topics
regarding Secure Boot. Some topics may fit better as traditional
presentations, but overall we hope to frame sessions with a few brief
slides or introduction and then go into broader discussion.

Some possible topics include:

- Lessons learned from existing Secure Boot implementations
- Upstreaming of the current secure boot kernel patchset or alternative
  implementations
- Secure Boot compliant kexec/kdump implementation
- Secure Boot compliant system hibernate and restore implemenation
- Methods for third party module/binary signing

We hope to gather participants from all areas of the "plumbing" layers
and work through the issues presented by Secure Boot.

If you have any questions or suggestions for topic discussions, please
let us know. We hope to see you there.
