Subject: [PATCH 1/7] perf hists: Basic support of hierarchical view

From: Namhyung Kim <namhyung.kim@....com>

In a hierarchical view, the events sorted and grouped on first key,
and then second key, and so on. Now each hist entry has 3 of hroots
to save it's children entries.
