Subject: [PATCH 5/5] Drivers: scsi: storvsc: Increase the value of STORVSC_MAX_IO_REQUESTS

Increase the value of STORVSC_MAX_IO_REQUESTS to 200 requests. The current
ringbuffer size can support this higher value.
