Subject: [PATCH V2 7/9] mfd: 88pm80x: Changes chip id definition and detection

Change the chip id definition and detection.
It brings the benefits
1. do not need add PM800_CHIP_XXX for the coming revision.
2. do not need pass driver_data in i2c_device_id because we
   can distinguish the chips by CHIP_ID register.
