Subject: [PATCH 41/76] perf inject: Remove unused parameter

From: Adrian Hunter <adrian.hunter@...el.com>

The 'machine' parameter is unused in 'perf_event__repipe_synth()' and
some callers pass NULL anyway. So remove it.
