Subject: [PATCH][RESEND] blackfin: remove unused parameters in Kconfig

This patch proposes to remove kernel configuration parameters
defined in arch/blackfin/Kconfig, but used nowhere
in the makefiles and source code.

This is an update for 3.11 of a patch already sent for 3.10
