smp, mn10300: rename CALL_FUNC_SINGLE_IPI as CALL_FUNC_IPI

Rename CALL_FUNC_SINGLE_IPI as CALL_FUNC_IPI to prepare for
killing generic_smp_call_function_single_interrupt().
