Subject: [PATCH v2 1/1] mfd: syscon: return -ENOSYS if CONFIG_MFD_SYSCON is not enabled
Some platforms may not define CONFIG_MFD_SYSCON (or haven't syscon),
it can fix build error for these platforms.
