for these two patches:

swiotlb-xen: no need to do execute two bus_to_phys translations in a  ..
swiotlb-xen: use xen_dma_map/unmap_page, xen_dma_sync_single_for_cpu/device

which I think need a bit more of explanation. In worst case they can be
