Micro freezes on Lenovo IdeaPad Y560p

[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
There are micro freezes on system. This don't allow scrolling down a web 
page smoothly, watching a video or playing a game for example.
CPU-0 is always ~85% htop is not showing anything using cpu that much 
but top is showing kworker. (top output: http://pastebin.com/jz9jwkK0 ). 
Adding "noapic" on grub solves freezing issue but cpu issue persists.
One noticeable thing is this machine doesn't have 2 graphics cards 
despite having an i7 cpu.

I think the offending commit is in somewhere between v2.6.35 and 
v2.6.39. There are no freezes and strange cpu usage on v2.6.35. But I
