Subject: [PATCH V4 6/6] cpufreq: Tegra: Use cpufreq_generic_suspend()
Currently we have implemented PM notifiers to disable/enable ->target() routines
functionality during suspend/resume.
Now we have support present in cpufreq core, lets use it.
