Oops, wait. Are we sure the problem is coming from cpuidle ?

The cpuidle_unregister_device is called with a NULL pointer, that 
shouldn't happen.

Konrad, you say that could be easily reproduced. How do you produce it ? 
Unplugging a cpu ?
