Subject: [PATCH v2 09/10] x86: select ARCH_MIGHT_HAVE_PC_SERIO

Architectures which might use an i8042 for serial IO to keyboard,
mouse, etc should select ARCH_MIGHT_HAVE_PC_SERIO.
