Subject: [RFC PATCHv3 04/11] dm: Use VMALLOC_TOTAL instead of VMALLCO_END - VMALLOC_START
vmalloc already provides a macro to calculat the total vmalloc size,
VMALLOC_TOTAL. Use it.
