Subject: [PATCH v2] Thermal: ACPI INT3403 thermal driver

Newer laptops and tablets may have thermal sensors outside the core cpu/SOC.
These temperature sensors are exposed to OS via ACPI using INT3403 objects.
This driver registers each INT3403 thermal sensor as a thermal zone device,
and exposes its _TMP, PATx and GTSH method via the standard thermal control
interface under /sys/class/thermal/.
