Subject: [PATCH 1/2] numa, mem-hotplug: Initialize numa_kernel_nodes in numa_clear_kernel_node_hotplug().
On-stack variable numa_kernel_nodes in numa_clear_kernel_node_hotplug()
was not initialized. So we need to initialize it.
