Subject: [PATCH] staging: android: lowmemorykiller: set TIF_MEMDIE before send
 kill sig

Set TIF_MEMDIE tsk_thread flag before send kill signal to the
selected thread. This is to fit a usual code sequence and avoid
potential race issue.
