Subject: [GIT PULL] sound fixes for 3.14-rc4

Linus,

please pull sound fixes for v3.14-rc4 from:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound.git tags/sound-3.14-rc4

The topmost commit is 1de7ca5e844866f56bebb2fc47fa18e090677e88

----------------------------------------------------------------

sound fixes for 3.14-rc4

This time we got a slightly higher volume than previous times,
but all device-specific good fixes. Noticeable changes are fixes in
davinci, and the removal of open-codes in HD-audio ca0132 driver.
The rest are all small fixes and/or quirks.
