Between checkpatch changes (eg. sizeof) and inconsistencies between
Lindent and checkpatch, unfixed checkpatch errors make it difficult to
see new errors.  This patch fixes them.

checkpatch doesn't complain about 'evm.h'.  Please include the reason
for the change in the patch description.
