This seemed to have bounced for some recipients. I think the culprit was
a missing '>' in one of the email addresses.
I'll send a v2 with the same patches and hopefully fixed recipients
list. Sorry for the noise.

Does anybody have some script/better method to assemble the recipients
list? C&P the output of the get_maintainers script is apparently error
prone.
