Subject: [RFC PATCH 3/4] ARM: KVM: enable linking against eventfd
This enables and compiles the ioeventfd capability of KVM on ARM. The
irqfd feature will not be included in a build, due to the lack of IRQ
routing in the VGIC implementation of KVM.
