So far I tried patch below, but it says:

ACPI: Deprecated procfs I/F for battery is loaded, please retry with
CONFIG_ACPI_PROCFS_POWER cleared
ACPI: Battery Slot [BAT0] (battery present)
Error: Driver 'battery' is already registered, aborting...
Serial: 8250/16550 driver, 4 ports, IRQ sharing disabled

and /proc/acpi does not appear.
