Subject: [PATCH 1/1] NTFS: Logging clean-up

-All printk(KERN_foo converted to pr_foo().
-Add pr_fmt and remove redundant prefixes.
-Convert spinlock/static array to va_format (inspired by Joe Perches help
on previous logging patches).
