Subject: [PATCH net-next] intel: Remove addressof casts to same type
Using addressof then casting to the original type is pointless,
so remove these unnecessary casts.
Done via coccinelle script:
$ cat typecast.cocci

T foo;

- (T *)&foo
+ &foo
