Subject: CKRM, WorkLoad Management!

Hi all,

I've recently discover the CKRM project/framework, which intends to
integrate workload management in linux kernel.

I'm trying to master the concept, and I've some basic questions :
 - Is it or will it be possible to manage workload on remote systems
via the framework?
 - Could one use the framework to make applications/programs
development at the user level? For example coordinate in real-time a
varied set of workload types with dependencies across a broad spectrum
of operating systems and application platforms.

In other words I would like to know if the project is just for kernel
development, or can be also used in application development.

With regards,
Eugène NG
