Subject: [PATCH] arm: oprofile: add ARMv7 cortex-a15 support

ARMv7 cortex-a15 supports Performance Monitor Units, and
it could be used by oprofile, add perf_pmu_name pair.

Simply tested on hisilicon hip04 soc.
