Subject: linux-next: build failure after merge of the akpm-current tree
Hi Andrew,
After merging the akpm-current tree, today's linux-next build (arm
multi_v7_defconfig) failed like this:

include/linux/hugetlb.h:468:9: error: 'HPAGE_SHIFT' undeclared (first use in this function)
And a few more similarly.
Caused by commit c669debfbf05 ("hugetlb: ensure hugepage access is denied
if hugepages are not supported").
I added the following fix patch:
