We thought of it, but as you know "arch/arm/mach-exynos/pm.c" has a lot
of dependencies, not only on "mach/exynos" header files but also on "plat-samsung".
Also we need to decide proper location for pm.c, I can think for "drivers/soc",
what do you say?
Seeing that there is a significant amount of work, we decided to keep this work
as separate from pmu.c work. May be after this patch we can start work on it.
