Subject: [RFC v3 6/9] kdb: Remove KDB_REPEAT_NONE flag

From: Anton Vorontsov <anton.vorontsov@...aro.org>

Since we now treat KDB_REPEAT_* as flags, there is no need to
pass KDB_REPEAT_NONE. It's just the default behaviour when no
flags are specified.
