This should not be a part of the perf_kvm_stat struct. Just leave it as 
a macro and use DECODE_STR_LEN_MAX in place of 20. Which means 
DECODE_STR_LEN_MAX needs to be 20 in this patch, and arch specific in 
the follow up patch.
