Subject: [PATCH v13 17/19] iommu/exynos: support for device tree

From: Cho KyongHo <pullip.cho@...sung.com>

This commit adds device tree support for System MMU.

Also, system mmu handling is improved. Previously, an IOMMU domain is
bound to a System MMU which is not correct. This patch binds an IOMMU
domain with the master device of a System MMU.
