Subject: [RFC PATCH 2/3] regulator: AXP22x: add support for AXP221 regulators

The AXP221 PMIC provide 5 DC-DCs regulators and 14 LDO regulators.
This patch adds support for these regulators.

See http://linux-sunxi.org/AXP221#Regulators for detailed informations
on AXP221's regulators.
