Subject: [PATCH v4 2/5] xen: Define EFI related stuff

Define EFI related stuff for Xen.

This patch is based on Jan Beulich and Tang Liang work.

v4 - suggestions/fixes:
   - change some types from generic to Xen specific ones
     (suggested by Stefano Stabellini),
   - do some formating changes
     (suggested by Jan Beulich).
