Fixed the following:

ERROR: do not use C99 // comments
ERROR: space required after that ',' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: space required after that ';' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: space required before the open brace '{'
ERROR: spaces required around that '=' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: spaces required around that '<' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: space required after that close brace '}'
ERROR: spaces required around that '==' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
