Subject: [PATCH 6/7] cpufreq: intel_pstate: Trivial code cleanup

Remove unnecessary blank lines.
Remove unnecessary parentheses.
Remove unnecessary braces.
Put the code in one line where possible.
Add blank lines after variable declarations.
Alignment to open parenthesis.
