Subject: [PATCH 1/5] FS/UFS: convert printk to pr_foo()
Use current logging functions.
-no level printk under CONFIG_UFS_DEBUG converted to pr_debug
-no level printk elsewhere converted to pr_err
-add DDEBUG flag in Makefile
-coalesce formats
