+Refer to phy/phy-bindings.txt for the generic PHY binding properties
+
+Optional Properties:
+- hisilicon,peripheral-syscon: phandle of syscon used to control peripheral.
+- hisilicon,power-reg: offset and bit number within peripheral-syscon,
+ register of controlling sata power supply.
+
