Subject: [PATCHv2] usb: gadget: serial: replace hardcoded ttyGS with PREFIX

Replaces all hardcoded ttyGS strings with the PREFIX macro.
Due to the fact the strings are spread over different source files the
PREFIX definition is moved to u_serial.h
