Subject: [PATCH] drivers/rtc/Kconfig: Let several drivers depend on HAS_IOMEM
to avoid compiling issue
Some drivers need 'devm_ioremap_resource' or 'devm_ioremap' which need
HAS_IOMEM, so let them depend on it.
