Subject: [PATCH] arch: powerpc: platforms: powermac: bootx_init.c:  Cleaning up missing null-terminate in conjunction with strncpy

Replacing strncpy with strlcpy to avoid strings that lacks null terminate.
And removed unnecessary magic numbers.
