Add Renesas SH-Mobile, R-Mobile, and R-Car Platform Device Tree Bindings
Documentation, listing supported SoCs and boards.

This allows to use checkpatch to validate DTSes referring to Renesas
shmobile SoCs, and boards containing those SoCs.
