Subject: [PATCH] pseries: Make CPU hotplug path endian safe

- ibm,rtas-configure-connector should treat the RTAS data as big endian.
- Treat ibm,ppc-interrupt-server#s as big-endian when setting
  smp_processor_id during hotplug.
