Subject: [PATCH] drivers/net/dsa/Kconfig: Let NET_DSA_BCM_SF2 depend on HAS_IOMEM

NET_DSA_BCM_SF2 need HAS_IOMEM, so depend on it, the related error (with
allmodconfig under um):
